Re-structuring of the METZ CONNECT product range
METZ CONNECT is successfully operating in the market with their brands RIA CONNECT and BTR NETCOM for more than 30 years. They have secured their growth and independence by technical innovation in product development and manufacturing; by a high orientation towards quality as well as by reliability and predictability in solid and trusting partnerships.
With focus on the future requirements of rapidly changing markets the product lines of RIA CONNECT and BTR NETCOM were now integrated to the umbrella brand of METZ CONNECT when the policies related to products and product ranges have been re-structured. This new structure is targeted on strengthening METZ CONNECT as a worldwide solution provider and an internationally operating market partner for electrical and electronic components. Thus METZ CONNECT offers connection components as well as complete cabling systems for infrastructural and industrial applications from one source. Their position as a solution provider is illustrated by the integration of the product lines of RIA CONNECT and BTR NETCOM to the overall product range of METZ CONNECT. The focus is deliberately set on four application levels of future oriented information networks and efficient performance processes – with the objective to improve and strategically complete existing solutions and product worlds in a way to assure a fast and continuous communication from the pc board to devices and processes up to peripheral infrastructure. The overall product range is structured in four strategical product lines; each of them defines a competence focus that is reflected in the brand name. U|Contact stands for pc board connectivity; P|Cabling for cabling systems; C|Logline for intelligent electronic components and X|Synergy for structurally generic systems.
The overall METZ CONNECT product range continues to be marketed by RIA CONNECT GmbH and BTR NETCOM GmbH. The METZ CONNECT Group will use in their communication from now on a combined logo showing the individual company brands in order to present the Group as a whole.
